Jan Kopinski is an experienced educationalist lecturing in improvisation, jazz and polpular music in Universities and Colleges in the uk. He also offers tuition in saxophone. Recent lecturing/masterclasses and Visiting Fellow at Salford University; Nottingham University; Artist in Residence at Leeds College of Music


Jan is able to offer workshops, either individually or including various musicians from the groups with whom he works. From intermediate to advanced students.

Recent workshops include Leeds College of Music, University of Salford, University of Nottingham, Poole Arts Centre, Pied Piper N.Yorks, University of Newcastle, University of Derby, University College Chichester, EMJazz Rhythm-A-Ning, Miles Ahead for Jazzsteps Nottinghamshire.
